Theory and practice of the modernization of the pharmaceutical aid provision in military healthcare The article provides a short analysis of reasons which served as a basis for the development of the theoretical basis and practical realization to improve the existing system of provision of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment to the Armed Forces. Based on the management theory and system approach, the article describes the science-based view on the methodology modernization and the strategy for the development of an upgraded system of medical provision of military forces, reveals the key principles of building such system and the new hierarchical structure of the medical department of the Armed Forces.
