The invention discloses a probe die set. The probe die set comprises a probe bracket, probes mounted on the probe bracket, and a water separator mounted on the side edge of the probe bracket, wherein when the probes work, an inlet end of the water separator is connected with a coupling water pipe, so that coupling water enters the water separator through the coupling water pipe and then is transported to the probes. According to the probe die set disclosed by the invention, the coupling water pipe is mounted on the side edge of the probe bracket through the water separator, and is free from the influence of the probes, so that the coupling water pipe is convenient to clean, and the labor intensity of an operator is reduced. The invention further discloses an on-line flaw detection device for train vehicles, with the probe die set.
