Um modelo para suporte ao gerenciamento de qualidade de software com base na dinâmica de sistemas

Software development consists of a complex process with numerous approaches, which suggest management proposals with well-defined phases, aiming at a production that ensures the products with the quality desired by its customers. Based on the various existing technology options and the increasing demand in different areas of societies, it is essential that companies adopt models that make it possible to evaluate the software development and production process. This work presents a model for assessing organizations business scenarios software quality, based on systems dynamics. The model allows scenario simulations, assessing the percentage of software development capacity, contributing to the improvement of management processes. During the research validation phase, a case study was carried out in three companies, where the preference, utility and effectiveness results obtained were promising.
