Study on pathogenicity diversity of different watermelon Fusarium Wilt from Chengdu Region.

Three isolates of watermelon Fusarium Wilt(F.oxysporum f.sp.niveum)were isolated from diseased watermelon in different regions of Chengdu.Jingxin with middle resistance to watermelon Fusarium Wilt was selected as the host to test pathogenicity.The result indicated that the pathogenicity was significantly different among the isolates.Isolate FON3 f rom Deyang had the heightest toxicity to the cultivar tested and isolate FON2,FON1 from QingBaijiang and ShuangLiu,respectively,had the lowest toxicity.
