Software-Defined Ultra-reliable Industrial Traffic Mechanism based on Data Distribution Service

Data Distribution Services (DDS) is proposed to support the high-performance capabilities for industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). However, even if DDS has provided reliable communication, it needs to cost some extra signals to achieve reliability. This paper enhances and provides one ultra-reliable IIoT traffic mechanism using Software-Defined Networking (SDN) according to our initial experimental results.
