The effect of the performance evaluation system built by the barcode information traceability system on the satisfaction and work ability of sterilized supplying center

Objective To explore the effect of the performance evaluation system built by the barcode information traceability system on the satisfaction and work ability of sterilized supplying center. Methods Before the performance evaluation system built by the barcode information tracing ability system from June to December 2014 were selected as the control group, and after the performance evaluation system built by the barcode information tracing system implemented from June to December 2015 was selected as the observation group.Compare and analyze the effect of two groups of performance schemes on satisfaction, quality of work and efficiency. Results After the performance evaluation system of the barcode information traceability system was implemented, the satisfaction of CSSD staff and CSSD staff was significantly improved in the clinical department(P<0.05), and the quality of work was significantly better than when the performance evaluation system of the unimplemented barcode information traceability system were not adopted(P<0.01). Conclusion The performance evaluation system built by the barcode information traceability system is a simple, efficient and convenient, objective and accurate performance appraisal system of CSSD, which makes CSSD employee's performance appraisal more objective and accurate, scientific and simple, and can effectively improve work quality, satisfaction and work efficiency, it is worth promoting application.
