Primary Adrenal Plasmablastic Lymphoma presenting as lymphomatous meningitis – A diagnostic perplexity

In clinical practice, lymphomatous involvement of the adrenal gland is rare. Most of these turn out to be Diffuse large B cell lymphomas. Primary Plasmablastic lymphoma(PBL) of adrenal gland is extremely rare. We report a case of PBL of the adrenal gland presenting as lymphomatous meningitis in a 45 year old male patient living with HIV.
