Survey on college students' psychological factors concerning choice between further study and employment

Objective:To investigate the college students' psychological and motive factors concerning choice between fur-ther study and employment,this paper advances some corresponding suggestions for education of senior medical under-graduates.Methods:We used self-making questionnaire to 1 000 students in Yunyang Medical College and analyzed data by use of SPSS11.0.Results:Mental pressure commonly arises before students when decided whether to pursue their study or to work,how to balance these factors concerning study,work,family,money individual personality.The difference indi-cated statistical significance.Conclusion:For students from independent college,the choice between further study and em-ployment is closely related and casts life-long influence.Offices in charge should offer some corresponding instructions,in order to help them to come up with a right decision.
