FERRAMENTAS DE PLANEJAMENTO PARA LEVANTAMENTO DE INVENTÁRIO DE EMISSÃO DE CO2: ESTUDO DE CASO TOOLS FOR PLANNING SURVEY INVENTORY OF CO2 EMISSION: A CASE STUDY

2010
This paper proposes the use of planning control tools to evaluate the environment impacts from the civil construction sector. The traditional planning control techniques are able to measure and identificate the quantitative aspects of the civil construction. This feature may allow the data identification relevant during the natural resource consumption and the waste emition. In this context, this paper presents the CO2 emission impact in one case study. The emission data were collected through literature review and data released by institutions with international credibility. The CO2 emission was identified for constructive stage and these data were presented by use of planning tools such as the histogram, the S curve and the Pareto chart. The main contribution of this paper is to demonstrate a method for calculating embodied energy and the CO2 emissions from the services spreadsheet of the one building. During the text the CO2 emission simulation tool was introduced. The results showed that the energetic resources searched 4,23 GJ/m2 and the emissions 0,57 tCO2 eq/m2. Finally, the paper introduces some advices for the CO2 emission decrease.
