Representation of the approximating function by a monotonic function while restricting a priori information about the measured process

The paper presents the proof of constructing an estimate of a useful signal in the form of a monotone function in the general sense of the concept with minimizing the sum of the deviation modules of the estimate from the measurement results with a limited amount of a priori information about both the useful signal function and the statistical characteristics of the additive noise component.
