Researchers Johan Bruwer, Larry Lockshin, Anthony Saliba and Martin Hirche have been funded by the former Grape and Wine Research Development Corporation (GWRDC project USA-1204) to boost the industry's understanding of the role of the cellar door in the direct-toconsumer channel of the Australian wine market.
