Multi-Objective Assessment for Environment,Cost and Performance Based on Product Life Cycle

The environmental assessment system based life cycle is an important part of “Green Design” and “Green Manufacturing”. Many traditional environmental assessment system such as “Life Cycle Assessment”(LCA) and "Environmental Impact Assessment"(EIA) are not sensitive to the product cost and product performance, which are the focuses of the companies' and the users' attention. In this article, a multi-object assessment system based life cycle is proposed to synthetically assess the products or design projects, which includes three attributes: Environment, Cost and Performance. And based on the Integrative Index Method, we put forward the Vector Projection Method.
