Multi-channel A/D conversion device and method

The present invention relates to a multi-channel analog-digital conversion device, comprising an analog signal import, a control exampling circuit and a multi-channel switch selective circuit which is connected with the analog signal input and the control exampling circuit. the present invention also relates to a method of the multi-channel analog-digital conversion device, and the method is as follow: a plurality unit of analog signal enter into the channel switch selective circuit and the channel switch selective circuit selects in serial the corresponding channel for each unit of analog signal; the signal conditioning circuit transforms the analog signal into the voltage signal after the analog signal which is selected by the channel switch selective circuit enters into the signal conditioning circuit; and the voltage signal enters into the control exampling circuit for analog-digital conversion and finally digital value of the voltage is outputted. The present invention adds the channel switch selective circuit and the signal conditioning circuit, so that the present invention can complete the analog-digital conversion by automatically switching multi-way analog input signals. Besides, the present invention also adopts an amplifying circuit to fully utilize the full scale of the analog-digital conversion device, thereby increasing the precision of the analog-digital conversion.
