Oxidizing technique of motor punched sheet

2016
The invention discloses an oxidizing technique of a motor punched sheet. The technique comprises the following steps: a) putting a punched sheet into an oxidizing furnace, heating to 455-465 DEG C at the rate of 5-8 DEG C/minute, and keeping the temperature for 80-100 minutes; b) heating the oxidizing furnace to 695-705 DEG C within 35-40 minutes, and keeping the temperature for 65-75 minutes, wherein water vapor is introduced into the oxidizing furnace at the flow rate of 5-35 kg/h when the oxidizing furnace is heated to 470-475 DEG C; c) cooling, and when the temperature drops to 440-450 DEG C, stropping introducing the water vapor into the oxidizing furnace; and d) when the furnace temperature drops to 300 DEG C or below, opening the furnace cover, lifting the punched sheet out, and naturally cooling to room temperature. When the technique is used for oxidizing the punched sheet, a thin uniform firm oxide film composed of ferroferric oxide and ferric oxide can be formed on the surface of the punched sheet; and the film has a certain resistance value, and is capable of increasing the insulation effect of the between plates, reducing the vortex of the motor and the loss of the iron core, lowering the temperature rise of the motor and enhancing the motor efficiency, thereby prolonging the service life of the motor.
