Influence Analysis on Dynamic Characteristics of Motorized Spindle Based on Pseudo Dynamics

To ensure the machining accuracy and safety of the machine tool, and improve the performance of the spindle system, it is necessary to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the motorized spindle and its influencing factors. In this paper, based on the Hertz pseudo dynamic analysis theory, the design principle, finite element analysis and dynamic modeling of motorized spindle are discussed respectively, taking the high-speed and high-power motorized spindle as the research object. Then, the dynamic characteristics of the motorized spindle system caused by high speed are combined with the stability analysis of the tool structure. The dynamic performance of motorized spindle with different preload and front bearing position is calculated by simulation analysis, and the influence law of the above factors on the dynamic characteristics of motorized spindle can be acquired, which also shows the better performance of our method.
