Studies on dynamic change of fruits nutrition content of 'Tianli' Pumpkin (Cucurbit maxima D.).

The accumulation dynamics of fruits nutrients(dry matter,soluble dietary fiber,total sugar,protein,vitamin C,vitamin E and β-carotene) in different development phases after pollination in 'Tianli' Pumpkin were studied.The formation of several nutrition ingredients had the peak change time,often in 25 to 35 days after flowering.The dry matter,insoluble dietary fiber,total sugar,protein,vitamin C,vitamin E and β-carotene content of the post-harvest pumpkin fruit at different storage stage were also analyzed.The results showed that the significant variation of fruit nutritious ingredients was observed during storage at room temperature in the summer in the first 10 days,but with the further extension of storage time,the rate of change among nutritious ingredients was very little.
