Analysis of flavonoids from different citrus peels

Objective:six different citrus peels were analyzed in order to get industry yielding referenced data.Method:standard curve equtions and analytic methods of normal reagents were established by violet-visible spectrophotometer and HPLC.Result:the contents of flavonoids in different citrus peels were six to one,kinds of flavonoids and their contents were different,the biggest content was foung in Bitter Orange,which reach to 9.26%.Conclusion: to make use of natural production,it's essential to filter fine species aiming at objectives.
