It is a careful presentation of the first volume of the treatise of Terence Kennedy, Doers of the Word. Tracing humanity's ascent to the living God. On the basis of the Second Vatican Council and the program of close renewal of Church and of its mission in the world, he identifies in the Gospel and in the Christian ethics the humanity's way of salvation. In this first volume, they are explained the fundamental elements of moral theology: meaning of life and moral acting, individual's centrality, fundaments of Christian vision of moral acting, possibility to transform the character and culture, «the mystery of evil» and the Gospel's law realized in the grace. The edition of the second volume of the treatise is imminent.
