Nowadays High Education process is mainly centered in the pupil learning skills, and his/her improvements tracking. The adequate use of some Learning Management Systems (LMS) tools simplifies this task. Most univ ersities provide a LMS, which has this functionality. Nevert heless, these tools rarely include all assessment possibilities, usually depending on the kind of matter and its objectives. This pape r proposes the implementation of a tool to achieve the continuous assessment in all kind of matters, and its integration on an Open Source LMS. This integration allows its general use in other un iversities, and contributes to collaborative learning and to sharin g knowledge.
