Steady-State Analysis of Hysteretic Magnetic Field Problems Using a Parallel Time-Periodic Explicit-Error Correction Method

In this paper, we introduce a novel approach for obtaining steady-state solutions in time-periodic magnetic field analyses considering hysteresis. First, we extract the poorly converged error component in transient calculations using the parallel time-periodic explicit-error correction method. Then, tentative steady-state solutions are obtained for each element by correcting the extracted error components. Based on the tentative periodic waveforms of the flux density vectors, the magnetization history of each element is also corrected. Numerical results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed approach.
