The invention discloses a quick cleaning method for quartz sand acid pickling.The method includes the following steps that firstly, quartz sand to be acid-pickled is placed into an acid pickling purification device, an acid pickling solution is added, acid pickling is conducted for 3-6 h, then the quartz sand to be acid-pickled is eluted, and the acid pickling solution is collected; secondly, the acid-pickled quartz sand is conveyed into a washing device, a plurality of adsorption bags are buried in the quartz sand, all the adsorption bags are taken out after 10-20 min, clean water is added into the washing device to soak the quartz sand for 10-20 min, then stirring washing is conducted, a cleaning solution is discharged, then the adsorption bags are placed into the washing device again for adsorption, clean water soaking and stirring washing are conducted for many times till the surface of the quartz sand is neutral, the washing solutions are combined, the cleaned quartz sand is conveyed into a drying device to be dried for 3-4 h, and purified quartz sand is obtained; thirdly, the collected acid pickling solution and the combined washing solution are conveyed into an acid solution recycling device for waste acid and wastewater treatment.The acid solution recycling device designed in the method has the advantages of being environmentally friendly, capable of saving energy, convenient to operate and low in cost.
