Flame-retardant chloroprene rubber material and preparation method thereof

2015
The invention discloses a flame-retardant chloroprene rubber material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of a rubber material and a preparation method thereof. The flame-retardant chloroprene rubber material is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 37 to 42 percent of neoprene rubber, 12 to 16 percent of half reinforcement carbon black, 3.0 to 5.0 percent of zinc oxide, 2.6 to 4.6 percent of light magnesium oxide, 0.3 to 0.8 percent of stearic acid, 0.8 to 1.3 percent of 4, 4'-bis(phenylisopropyl) diphenylamine, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of accelerants Na-22, 0.3 to 0.7 percent of accelerants DM, 8.0 to 12 percent of flame retardants Chemmix FR-4, 3.0 to 6.0 percent of antimonous oxide, 15 to 20 percent of aluminum hydroxide and 10 to 15 percent of plasticizers D-810. The preparation method comprises the following steps of masterbatch compounding and masterbatch second-stage sulfur treatment and vulcanization. The chloroprene rubber material prepared by using the technical scheme provided by the invention conforms to the specification of ROHS instructions, and the flame-retardant performance also meets the American UL94 V-0 stage standard.
