General Research on "Public Standard of the National Aerobics Exercise"

This paper by using the method of literature to summarize the research results of "Public Standard of the National Aerobics Exercise",the author found in the research results,the study on influence to form function of compulsory exercise,on intensity and content of compulsory exercise,as well as its research situation are very common,while researchs on the others aspects are rare.
