MEASUREMENT OF FLATNESS OF HOT- ROLLED STRIPS UNDER COILER TENSION USING IP-4 OPTOELECTRONIC SENSORS

We describe a domestically-manufactured flatness sensor capable of measuring nonuniformities in metal outflow from the gap between rollers-a quantity directly required for adjustment of flatness in rolled strips.
