Quantitative Determination of Esters,Alcohols and Acid Compounds in Liquor by Gas Chromatography

A GC method was established to determine esters,alcohols and acid in Chinese liquor by chromato graphic separation on a medium polarity capillary column(CPWAX 57 CB, 50m×0.25mm×0.20μm). Under optimize dconditions,30 compounds from Chinese liquor including alcohols and esters could be effectively separated, this method is sensitive and high separation ability, the calibration curve has excellent lin- ear relationship respectively, the correlation coefficients were all above 0.9999, it im- prove the range of detector in Chinese liquor chromatographic component.
