Alternating-current drive mining dump truck

2013
The utility model relates to an alternating-current drive mining dump truck and belongs to the technical field of mining dump trucks. The alternating-current drive mining dump truck mainly solves the problem that an existing mining dump truck is not large in load capacity and not high in efficiency. The alternating-current drive mining dump truck is mainly characterized by comprising a truck frame, a truck compartment, a suspended frame, a work platform, a steering system, a brake system, a transmission system, an air inlet/outlet system and an electro-hydraulic system. The truck frame comprises two longitudinal beams, a horizontal beam, a gantry and a connecting supporting seat, wherein the longitudinal beams and the horizontal beam are all of sealed box-shaped structures. The bottom surface of the truck compartment is of a 12-degree single-slope structure. The suspended frame is a single-air-chamber hydro-pneumatic suspended frame, a piston rod of the single-air-chamber hydro-pneumatic suspended frame is respectively connected with two connection rods through oscillating bearings, and oscillating bearings are arranged at the other ends of the two connection rods. The alternating-current drive mining dump truck has the advantages of being large in load capacity, high in efficiency, a few in maintenance time, long in service life, high in cost performance, widely applied to transporting various outdoor mineral products of coal, iron, copper, gold, oil sand and the like and superprojects earth and rock and capable of improving mining efficiency.
