THE POTENTIAL OF NO-TILL RICE PRODUCTION IN ARKANSAS

Increasing production costs combined with r ecent and pending environmental legislation ar e forcing Arkansas’ rice producers to find new ways to maintain their pro­ ductivity without degrading the natural r esource base on which they depend.
