Chromatofocusing of Desialylated Human Transferrin on Mono P

Abstract Desialylation of human transferrin by Sepharose™bound neuraminidase is easily followed by chromatofocusing on Mono P. The transferrins with different iron content, tr(Fe)(A), tr(Fe)(B) and tr(Fe)(2), were easily resolved. The fine structure of the different transferrin peaks is also discussed.
