Measuring Complex for Study the Characteristics of Dielectrics in the Submillimeter Wavelength Range

The measuring complex of the submillimeter range, implemented on the basis of a gas laser, is described. The technique of measuring the characteristics of dielectrics and the results are presented. It is concluded that it is possible to use the proposed method for validating the results of determining the dielectric characteristics of materials.
