In the context of ameliorating the control of Fuel Cell (FC)/Ultra-Capacitor (UC)system devoted for electrical vehicle, This article discusses an Improved Energy Management System for Fuel Cell/ Ultra-Capacitor Electric Vehicle Based Fuzzy logic, The proposed hybrid electric vehicle consists of fuel cell as the main energy source and ultra-capacitor is used as secondary energy source. The energy management strategy based on fuzzy logic control for hybrid power system has been proposed to promote the performance of energy flow in the hybrid electric vehicle and the lifetime of the sources by respecting two constraints: the low response of the FC and the ultra-capacitor State of Charge (SoC), The proposed fuzzy controller takes speed of electric vehicle and State Of Charge (SOC) of ultracapacitor as input and the facture ke as an output, In this paper, the proposed algorithm is evaluated for the part of New European Driving Cycle (NEDC). The simulation was carried out by means of computational simulations in Matlab/Simulink Software.
