Practical Study on Economic Compensation for Laoshan Conservation Areas of Drinking Water

In the course of conservation of drinking water resource,many problems appear,such as occupation problem,food problem,financial problem.Financial problem is rudimentary.Only people in the upper basin can not complete solve.According to the principles of pay use,considering efficiency and fairness,the author puts forward to building economic compensation system and adopting the combination of inner compensation and outer compensation to realize the coordination among the economy,environment and society.
