The utility model provides a laser cutting device which comprises a laser emission module, a focusing lens and a multiple-focus lens which is tightly attached to the focusing lens. The multiple-focus lens is on a light path of a laser beam and is arranged between the laser emission module and the focusing lens, the laser beam passes through the multiple-focus lens and the focusing lens, and a plurality of focal points with intervals are formed in the propagation direction of the laser beam. The ultra-short pulse laser beam is modulated by the multiple-focus lens and the focusing lens, the focal points with the intervals are formed in the propagation direction of the laser beam inside transparent materials in a focusing mode, the focal points inside the transparent materials are utilized for ablating to form threadlet, by moving a working table bearing the transparent materials, a separation path of a threadlet array is rapidly formed, and the effects of being free of cracking, high in precision and yield, and free of complicated subsequent steps and achieving special-shaped machining can be achieved. The device has the advantages of being easy to operate, high in fineness of machined samples, good in quality, high in machining efficiency and the like.
