Research on Enterprise Value Chain Optimization Based on Enhancing Knowledge Competence

This paper discusses how to optimize enterprise value chain based on enhancing knowledge competence.The theory of value chain optimization mainly uses the method of knowledge management to make an analysis in two aspects.The two aspects are also two sequent processes during the optimizing of value chain,namely selecting the scope of value activity and integrating value activity.The former aims to realize the "spot" efficiency,namely the enterprise focuses on the key value activities.The latter aims to realize the "chain" efficiency,namely emphasizing effects of the whole value chain.This paper also uses the above theory of value chain optimization to guide the practice of optimizing China' s auto manufacture enterprises' value chain and puts forward some pertinent suggestions.
