The utility model relates to a power line carrier-based LED illumination control system, comprising a master control module and a slave control module arranged inside the body of an LED lamp set and used for adjusting the brightness of the LED lamp set. The master control module comprises a wireless reception module suitable for receiving wireless signals sent by a user. The wireless reception module is connected with a master MCU module which is connected with a storage unit storing an illumination strategy. The master MCU module is also connected with a master power line carrier communication module so as to modulate corresponding control signals and transmit the control signals to the slave control module through power lines. The slave control module comprises a slave power line carrier communication module suitable for receiving and modulating the control signals. The slave power line carrier communication module is connected with a slave MCU module. The slave MCU module adjusts the brightness of the LED lamp set based on the control signals.
