Experimental Investigation on Velocity and Angle of Butt Weld Joint by Using TIG Welding

Welding is the method of joining two metals and is neither same material nor different materials. The welding process is mostly used in manufacturing and thermal power plants, etc. In this paper, we find out tensile resistance of butt weld joint of v models with an angle of 30°, 40°, and 50° and these models made from mild steel. Nowadays, we are using different welding speeds, but when we take exact speed, then only to get the quality and strength of material, but here we used different types of welding speeds such has 0.5, 1, and 1.5 cm/s for v-groove angled models of 30°, 40°, and 50°. But actually v-groove angle uses up to 60°.
