Self-adaptive modulating and coding method

A self adaptive modulation and coding method includes: a. before delivery, the sending terminal predicts a signal-to-noise ratio and channel fluctuation parameter in a transmission unit to be sent by a forward channel, b. the sending uses the predicted SN ratio and channel fluctuation to determine the modulation way and code rate c. to modulated and code to make themmore reasonable.
