The present invention relates to a fig solid beverage and its production process. It is specially used for product processing of dried fig, fresh fig, green fruit and dried and fresh fig leaves. Its used raw materials are fig juice concentrated liquor, fig leaf juice concentrated liquor, sugar, malt dextrin. citric acid, honey or starch syrup and glucose powder. Its technological process is that firstly the fig fruits and leaves are hot-leached, and their juices are pressed, concentrated so as to make concentrated liquors and then all the ingredients are weighed, mixed, granulated and dried. This product is rich in mineral nutrients and amino acids which are necessary for human body and its flavor is unique.
