N-Triazinylové deriváty 1- a 9-aminoantracenu: syntéza, charakteristika a aplikace jako markery biopolymerů

This work deals with synthesis of new 1- and 9-aminoanthracene mono- and bichromophores bearing triazinyl ring. Experimental part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with synthesis of 1- and 9-aminoanthracene-triazine monochromophores. Their photophysical properties were studied with ultraviolet-visible absorption, fluorescence and excitation spectra. The influence of solvent polarity on the shape and position of the fluorescence spectra and quantum yield, were investigated as well. The second chapter deals with the synthesis and spectral properties of new EET-model bichromphoric compounds, containing donor (1- or 9-aminoanthracene), spacer (triazinyl ring) and acceptor (3-aminobenzanthrone). In the third chapter, N-(4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazin-9-yl)-9-aminoanthracene was used for fluorescent labeling of chitosan. The UV/Vis spectral properties of the new fluorescent derivative of chitosan were investigated in solution and in solid state. Antibacterial effect tested on Escherichia coli was confirmed for this new derivative of chitosan.
