The Balanced Development of Urban and Rural Basic Education and Its Choice of Policy—Based on Zhengzhou Empirical Analysis

The comparative analysis on school conditions and faculty of Zhengzhou urban and rural basic education was conducted,it was found that the non-equilibrium conditions exist in Zhengzhou urban and rural basic education,and policy recommendations were put forward,including balanced education resources,teachers and students.
