Preliminary Study on Extraction and Optimization of Tannin from the Seed Hull of Acer Truncatum with Subcritical Water

With the seeds hull of Acer truncatum as raw material,the extracting technology of tannin was studied by subcritical water and the optimal conditions was obtained based on the single condition of extracting tannin from the seed hull of acer truncatum.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: particle size 40~60,extracting time 60min,deionized water 18mL/g,extracting temperature 106℃.In this condition,the content of tannin has been markedly increased and reached the maximum(94.65%).Particle size and temperature determined by orthogonal analysis of variance are two key factors.
