Sequentially-telescopic multistage binding oil cylinder structure

2012
The utility model discloses a sequentially-telescopic multistage binding oil cylinder structure. Taking a two-stage binding oil cylinder as an example, the two-stage binding oil cylinder comprises a primary cylinder (3) and secondary cylinders (14) which are fixedly connected side by side. The primary cylinder (3) comprises a cylinder barrel (7), a piston rod (8) located inside the cylinder barrel (7) and a cylinder bottom valve block (9) installed at the tail end of the cylinder barrel (7). The secondary cylinders (14) comprise cylinder barrels (7) and piston rods (8) located inside the cylinder barrels (7). The sequential telescoping of the oil cylinder is controlled through mechanical contact, and the sequentially-telescopic multistage binding oil cylinder structure is high in reliability, simple and compact in structure and capable of being widely applied to a large-tonnage straight-arm type lorry-mounted crane.
