Vehicle door control method and system

The invention discloses a vehicle door control method and a system. The method comprises the following steps: when a door lock is located in a locking state, if a unlocking setting signal is detected, the vehicle door lock is unlocked; when the door lock is located in a unlocking state, if a door opening signal is detected, the descending of vehicle door lifting glass by an appointed distance is judged, if so, the door lock is opened; and otherwise, after the lifting glass is descended by the appointed distance, the door lock is opened. The control system comprises a vehicle-carried controller local area network CAN, and a no-key entering and starting system PEPS, a vehicle body controller BCM and a door lock electronic control unit ECU connected with the CAN. The vehicle door control system can be matched with and adapted to a vehicle door glass sealing device, and can guarantee normal opening and closing of the vehicle door when improving the tightness between the glass part of the vehicle door and a vehicle body door frame.
