Preliminary study on culturing adherent cells without adding CO2.

Marc145 cells were placed respectively in 5% CO2 incubator and common incubator,continuously cultured for 3 generations and then measured in terms of survival and multiplication rates.The results showed that the cells cultured in the commom incubator were significantly higher in survival rate and their growth was also better than that of the cells cultured in 5% CO2 incubator.After digestion the cells in the environment without adding CO2 proliferated earlier,recovered more quickly and survived longer than those in 5% CO2 environment.
