Rapid imaging of deep-tissue motion with parallelized diffuse correlation spectroscopy
2021
We present a highly parallelized approach to diffuse correlation spectroscopy (DCS) using a 32 × 32 single-photon avalanche diode (SPAD) array, which allows imaging dynamic scattering events buried deep within tissue phantom at a 2.5Hz frame rate without requiring any scanning or instrument movement.
