Method for enlarging local region wireless communication capacity, communication system and network subsystem

The invention discloses a method for increasing the wireless communication capacity in a local region. The method is applied to a global system for mobile communications (GSM). The method comprises the following steps: at least one second sector with the traffic being lower than a second set value is selected from the base station of a first sector or an identical address base station when that the traffic of the first sector reaches a first set value is determined; marks in the second sector are sent to the terminal in the coverage area of the first sector; and terminal uplink transmits data and carries the marks in the second sector. By adopting the invention, the problem of jamming is solved, meanwhile, the address selection process is avoided, and the quantity of base station construction is reduced if jamming occurs in part of sector only.
