Compensation Mechanism of Agricultural Water in Tongshanyuan Irrigation District

According to "Management Regulations on Water Supply Price of Hydraulic Project"and the data of actual water supply cost in the irrigation district,water supply cost of irrigation districts is allocated.Based on the principle of cost compensation and fair burden of the irrigation district,terminal water price of irrigation districts is calculated reasonably.Meanwhile farmers' bearing capacity of water price is analyzed objectively according to some data of main crops cost benefits.The compensation mechanism of agricultural water in Tongshanyuan Irrigation District is put forward at last,which is intended to serve as a reference for the steady implementation of terminal water price system.
