Design and Development of Management System for Major Hazard Installations Based on.NET Framework

To monitor and manage the major hazard installations,the whole framework of the information system with the structure of both software and hardware are presented.A management information system is developed for the major hazard installations based on the B/S mode with three-levels of the structure.The design mode of the system and the system frame based on the multi-layer.NET platform are introduced.The key technique in realizing the system,such as the integration,the inquiry,the release and the workflow of the system are described.The research work proved feasible by the practical example.
