On Using Intelligent Means to Help Epidemic Prevention and Control to Realize Urban Governance Modernization

In this paper, stem platform is introduced to explore the impact of epidemic prevention and control strategy and the ratio of primary regeneration number of an epidemic on epidemic prevention and control, to provide a new way for the modernization of urban governance. Taking the epidemic situation in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai as the research object, through the data fitting method to analyze the epidemic prevention and control strategy and the comparison of the basic regeneration number of the epidemic situation, the experimental results show that after adjusting the intervention measures to 75%, R0 = 0.77 corresponds to community isolation, indicating that the infected can infect 0.77 susceptible persons in the average infection period, R0 = 0.89 corresponds to death isolation, indicating that the infected can infect 0.89 susceptible persons in the average infection period. According to the hospital treatment, the infected can infect 0.96 susceptible persons in the average infection period, and the basic regeneration number of the three persons is less than 1, indicating that the effect of disease control measures is very obvious.
