Concepción del bienestar de los trabajadores por parte de los directivos de una organización en reestructuración financiera

This investigative report explores the conception that the managers, of an organization under financial restructuring, have about the welfare of the workers. Financial restructuring is conceived as a process in which the company rethinks its way of operating, in order to fulfilt the financial objectives that are intended to be obtained. In the case to be studied, this process has particularly affected aspects such as the salary and social benefits of workers, as well as the stability and guarantee of remaining in the organization. For this purpose, the use of field diaries was used where the day-to-day operation of the organization was documented, and a semi- structured interview was conducted with the three divisions the company has. With the subsequent analysis of the results, it was possible to affirm that, although for the managers, the economic factor determines aspects such as job satisfaction, sense of belonging, recognition of the work and the physical conditions to develop the job, is achieved to conclude that the type of interpersonal relations stablished within the company, makes the workers remain in the same organization, although the economic conditions are not favorable for them.
