The Design of the Polymer Diffuse Material with Microstructure and the Research of the Reflection Properties of Materials

It can increase the utilization rate of light energy and improve the reflection properties of materials by adding order of micro lens array on the material surface microstructure. The models to predict the change of material reflection properties with microstructure radius, height and arrangement was been established based on the optical design software Light Tools. By adding high refractive index TiO2 into the diffuse material with microstructure, the reflection properties of materials can been improved again. The results of the diffuse material molding test showed that the microstructure and its composite material had good reflection performance, reflection and diffuse reflection ratio could reach 93% and 93%, and the illumination uniformity could reach 63%.
